Grace Del Spechio

Ms. Del Spechio is an administrator/ junior analyst at Locust Capital.

Grace joined Locust Capital after beginning her career as an office manager in the hospitality industry. Having graduated from Neumann University in May of 2016 with a degree in Communications and Media Arts, Grace contributed her time to Neumann Media Group and participated in radio spots on Neumann radio.

A graduate of Neuman Goretti High School, Grace is a South Philadelphia native. She loves all things Philly and is an expert on the local food scene. Grace currently lives in South Philadelphia.

Chris Hines
Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Hines is the Chief Investment Officer of Locust Capital Management. He joined LCM in 2016 after a successful career in financial services. Mr. Hines began his career on Wall Street working for the Japanese Investment Bank, Nomura Securities, as a convertible bond trader. He has extensive experience in capital markets and has worked in both trading and senior analyst roles from his entire career. Mr. Hines has worked in New York, Hamilton Bermuda, and most recently in the Philadelphia area for First Niagara Bank’s Wealth Management group.

Mr. Hines is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Arts of Hamilton College in Clinton NY. He is a member of the Philadelphia Chartered Finical Analyst Association.

Mr. Hines and his family reside in Doylestown PA. When his three active children allow him the time he enjoys sailing and oil painting.

Chris Hawn
Managing Director

Chris is a Managing Director of Locust Capital. He recently joined the firm after spending the past 13 years of his career working in conjunction with various portfolio management teams to facilitate the successful distribution of mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments. Chris’ understanding and knowledge of finance has allowed him to work extensively within different asset classes and investments strategies such as Fixed Income Investing, Options trading, Fundamental and Quantitative Equity trading, and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Chris has raised over one billion dollars in assets over the course of his career working as a Regional Director and Vice President of Investments for The Hartford Mutual Funds, KBS Capital Markets Group, and Stadion Money Management.

As Vice President of Investments for Stadion Money management, Chris led his team in mutual funds sales for the three years he was with the firm. Chris was also a member of Stadion's advisory board and was elected to be an Institutional Consultant. In this role, Chris did extensive research on Tactical Portfolio Management, Option Based Strategies, and Risk Management. Chris brings vast knowledge of the Mutual Fund world and Exchange Trade Fund universe to our firm.

Chris’ experience in various roles of finance affords him a unique perspective into the importance of working for a fee only RIA. He is solely focused and very passionate about having fiduciary responsibility to his clients using a sound, transparent, and non-bias investment process. Chris’ emphasis is working with high net worth individuals and institutional investors.

Chris studied business management at Cabrini College and holds his series 65 license. Prior to joining Locust Capital he held his series 7, 6 and 63 licenses. He volunteers his time as a youth soccer coach for Buckingham United Youth Soccer program and was a big brother, for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Philadelphia.

Chris was raised in Wayne, Pa. He now lives in Bucks County with his wife, Amanda, and two daughters, Olivia and Charlie. Chris is an avid skier and golfer, and enjoys being active with his family.

Candice Oakley

Ms. Oakley is a Junior Financial Analyst at Locust Capital.

Candice joined Locust Capital after graduating from Neumann University in May, 2014 with a degree in Business Administration and minor in Marketing. While attending Neumann University, Ms. Oakley was active on campus working as a Resident Assistant, and doing work study at The Institute for Sport, Spirituality and Character Development. Ms. Oakley was also involved in the Women's Lacrosse and Cross Country teams. Ms. Oakley graduated from Ridley High School in Folsom, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Delaware County.

William F. Casey III

Mr. Casey is a managing member of Locust Capital Management. He joined LCM in 2009 after a successful corporate finance career. Bill has held senior management positions at some of the most respected global financial institutions including: GMAC, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, Union Bank of Switzerland and Mellon Bank. Bill's reputation for hard work and aggressive pursuit of results led to a variety of successful leadership assignments in Zurich, London, Brussels, New York, Toronto and Philadelphia. Bill's technical background in global banking, asset/liability management, and investments as well as his vast administrative experience compliments the partnership at LCM.

Mr. Casey graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Economics/Finance and Temple University's Executive MBA program.

In addition to being active in squash and golf, Mr. Casey is active in the community where he volunteers his time to the Bacharach Hospital Foundation as Board Member and Carson Valley Children's Aid where he is a member of the Advisory Council.

Having been raised in South Jersey, Bill has settled in Wyndmoor, PA where he and his wife are raising three children.
Augustine A. Repetto, MST, CFP®

Mr. Repetto is a managing member of Locust Capital Management. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in both investment and tax planning for high net worth families. Mr. Repetto began his career on Wall Street working for several multinational financial institutions including PaineWebber, Bank of New York, and DB Alex Brown. He has been a partner in a wealth and tax advisory firm in Philadelphia, PA and prior to co-founding LCM; he was a Senior Vice President for a multi-family integrated financial service firm.

Mr. Repetto is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a focus in Finance and Marketing. He is a member of the CFP Certified Board of Standards, and a MD Preferred Financial Advisor.

Having been raised in South Jersey, Gus has settled in Wyndmoor, PA where he and his wife are raising two sons. He is an avid sportsman and has a passion for cooking Italian cuisine.
Andrew W. Purcell

Mr. Purcell is founding member of Locust Capital. He has most recently spent several years with a global commercial bank as a banking officer before co-founding Locust Capital Management. Prior to this experience, Mr. Purcell spent six years working in business development for a well known securities litigation firm where his time was largely spent monitoring securities portfolios for retail and institutional clients. He also completed a multi-year training program with Prudential Securities in New York City and became a NASD licensed securities trader.

Mr. Purcell has an MBA from Drexel University and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. He also attended Episcopal Academy and has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hobart College.

Mr. Purcell is a lifelong Philadelphia area resident. He is racquet sport and golf enthusiast, and is an active member of the Racquet Club of Philadelphia where he chairs the Tennis Committee. He lives in Penn Valley with his wife Melissa and three children.
Henry J. Miller III

Henry J. Miller III, "Doc" is a Managing Director of Locust Capital. Mr. Miller's responsibilities include Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management for the firm. Prior to Locust Capital Mr. Miller was President of Miller & Company, LLC, a strategic Investment Consultant to institutional investors and Asset Management companies. Mr. Miller has held senior leadership positions with Wachovia Wealth Management, Neuberger Berman, Mellon Financial, CoreStates Bank, and Fidelity. Mr. Miller's Clients have included corporations, high net worth individuals, non-profits, endowments and foundations.

Mr. Miller served in the United States Army from 1968-1970 and is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is currently a voting member of the American Institute of Economic Research, Japan USA Society, the Philadelphia Securities Association, and the Starfinder Foundation.

Previously Mr. Miller was a board member of the following organizations: Philadelphia Ballet, Philadelphia Singers, the Bach Festival, the World Affairs Council, the Global Interdependence Center, the Philadelphia World Cup Committee, the British American Chamber of Commerce, the Council on Foreign Relations, the French American Society, Alliance Francaise and the Chestnut Hill Community Association.

Mr. Miller and his wife Nickie reside in Wyndmoor and their children are grown.
Brian H. Welsh

Mr. Welsh is a managing director of Locust Capital Management and comes from a long line of investment professionals beginning with his grandfather, Harry Welsh & granduncle, John Murphy, who were partners at Lilley & Co & Reynolds & Co., respectively, in Philadelphia the 1940s.

Mr. Welsh began his career in the trading pits in Chicago starting at the CBOE in 2000 and continuing as an independent trader at the CME through 2006. At that point he moved “upstairs” as a broker and advisor at Wachovia Securities in Chicago before moving his practice to Philadelphia with his wife and 2 sons in 2008 to partner with his late father, Richard T. “Dick” Welsh at what is now Wells Fargo Advisors.

Mr. Welsh graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in English Literature.

Mr. Welsh and his family reside in Cheltenham where they share their home with a dog, a bird, a small graveyard for fish as well as a piano, guitars, drums and noisemakers of many sizes and shapes.
Rebekah LaCorte

Ms. LaCorte joined Locust Capital Management in 2012 and is Head of Operations. Rebekah responsibilities includes overseeing all back office, client services issues, and technology programs.

Ms. LaCorte currently holds her Registered Paraplanner Certification. This is a new position in the financial planning industry and allows financial planners to focus on the sell-side by working more closely with clients to identify their investing needs.

A native of Chesterton, Indiana she grew up with 11 siblings. Ms. LaCorte currently resides in Delaware County and enjoys playing fiddle for a country band in her free time.
Spencer Reed

Mr. Reed is a Senior Financial Analyst at Locust Capital. In addition to actively dealing with client facing issues and tasks, Spencer oversees reporting, reconciliation and special projects for the firm.

Mr. Reed joined Locust Capital after graduating from The Catholic University of America with a B.A. in Mathematics. While at Catholic University, Mr. Reed was a member and captain of the varsity basketball team. Mr. Reed graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School in Haddonfield, New Jersey where he was raised.
Bob Ballarini

Mr. Ballarini is a longtime client of Locust Capital and has recently joined as a member to head up operations in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Bob has both a corporate and legal background with such multinational corporations as Henkel and Franklin Mint and international general practice law firms as Dechert and Drinker Biddle, where he worked as a translator and patent agent. Bob is admitted to the United States Patent Bar and has worked in corporate patent procurement and intellectual property due diligence for over 19 years.

A Philadelphia native, Bob is a graduate of Villanova University with a BA in modern languages and a minor in chemistry, and has also studied abroad at the Paris-Lodron Universität in Salzburg, Austria and at the Università degli Studi in Venice, Italy.

Bob is a Registered Investment Advisor candidate and oversees operations of Locust Capital's office in Carmel-by-the-Sea. After settling in California with his wife and son three years ago, Bob has become active in the community as a member of such organizations as the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel-by-the-Sea Kiwanis, Carmel River Dads and Rotary Club of Carmel Valley.

Bob enjoys spending time with his family, travel, learning foreign languages, photography, cooking, oenology, surfing and cycling.
Adam Tucker

Mr. Tucker is a managing director of Locust Capital Management in Carmel-by-the-sea and has joined after a successful career in retail banking and wealth management. Adam's dedication to providing high quality customer-driven service to high net worth individuals and corporate clients established him as a private client branch manager with JP Morgan.

Mr. Tucker graduated from Fresno State University with a BS in Psychology.

Mr. Tucker and his family reside in Carmel Valley where he is an active member of his community including the Carmel Valley and Pacific Grove chambers of commerce, CUSD PTA, the Carmel Mission Foundation, and Carmel Youth Athletics. Raising two young children, Adam has become a seasoned coach of multiple youth sports and an enthusiastic chaperone of field trips.
